WESTERN STATES MOTRCYCLE OFFICERS ASSOCIATION
TRAINING AND SKILLS TEST

HOSTED BY THE ELK GROVE POLICE DEPARTMENT

AUGUST 22 & 23, 2008

This year's event was a huge success with over 70 riders that participated from as far as Nevada and Southern California. We want to thank all of you who participated and those of you who attended to support the riders. Thank you to all of the volunteers who put in many hours of hard work to help make this event a memorable one. Thank you Don Koupal and the Folsom Police Department for delivering and setting up the Mobile Command Vehicle so that we had an air conditioned office to compute the scores and work from.
